Subject matter of the contract

These General Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between you and the Sport-Lodge Klosters. The reservation or order confirmation, which will be sent to you by e-mail, serves as the basis.

Arrival & Departure

The rooms are available on the day of arrival from approx. 2 p.m. until 7 p.m. and must be vacated by 11 a.m. on the day of departure.  

Applicable law, place of jurisdiction

The legal relationship between you and the Sport-Lodge Klosters is governed by Swiss law. Klosters GR is agreed as the place of jurisdiction.

Payment

Cash or prepayment, EC-direct (CH), Twint, Maestro, Visa or Mastercard. No American Express. Prices are subject to change. 

Liability / Duty of care

The hotel room must be used by the guest with the utmost care. The guest or the company must pay for any damage to property. The hotel declines all liability for theft etc. and in relation to third-party services. 

Value added tax

This is included in the price.

Non-smoking room

All rooms are non-smoking rooms. Failure to comply with the smoking ban in the rooms will result in a fine of CHF 400 for cleaning and other expenses.

Damage in general

If you or your dog have a mishap in the room or the room is excessively dirty, we take the liberty of charging CHF 100 for the corresponding cleaning work. Damage will be repaired by the local craftsman. These costs will be charged 1:1.

Cancellation fees

We only accept cancelations in written form. They must also be confirmed by us in writing. Our cancellation conditions comply with the Swiss Code of Obligations (Art. 160); the cancellation conditions on the confirmation apply in the first instance.  

We therefore recommend that you take out travel insurance.
